Our process for treating patients is designed to quickly find the source of your pain, treat it using specialized techniques, and get you back to what you love most — endurance training.
Specially Designed for Endurance Athletes
Not every PT understands endurance training. At Phyzique Multisport, work with therapists who have the tools and knowledge to help you enjoy running again.
The Right Technology
Generic physical therapy offices don’t have the tools needed to help you assess and improve running mechanics. With 3D technology, pressure sensors, EMGs and high speed cameras, our practice is specifically designed around your needs.
Fix Pain for Good
No more “best guesses” or trial and error. With our innovative process and state-of-the-art technology, we will quickly pinpoint the root problem of your pain and work together on a specialized program to address it and make sure it doesn’t return.
We won’t stop at just resolving your pain. By improving your biomechanics, you’ll also optimize your movement and perform better — even hitting new PRs!
No matter your age or skill level, after working together, you’ll move better so you can run and train at your best for longer.
“I’m Dr. Wendy Green, physical therapist, and I know what you’re dealing with. After four surgeries on the same knee, I was told I would never run again. But the desire to pursue my passion of endurance training and the euphoria of running forced me to figure out how to address my pain.
After a long road of education, research, personal experience, and working with other endurance athletes, I started Phyzique Multisport — a physical therapy and movement analysis practice that specializes in helping endurance athletes run pain free and improve their performance.”
Dr. Green is a doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in orthopedics, manual therapy, movement analysis and biomechanics. She’s completed four 70.3 half-Ironman competitions and 12 centuries in the same year.

How We Help
We take the time to find the root cause of your pain and create a training plan that helps you heal and get back to your workout routine.
1. In-Depth Analysis
In a two-hour session, we use various movement observations and tests, including a running gait analysis, to dive deep and precisely identify the mechanical issues causing you pain and limiting your performance.
2. Tailored Training
We strategically build and coach you through a unique program that will improve your movement and reduce your pain. In weekly one-on-one training sessions, we use real-time biofeedback to track progress and drive you toward your goals.
3. Ongoing Optimization
We ensure you have the right plan to maintain your progress via strength, endurance, and mobility work. And we will develop a lifelong partnership so you can always come back if you get off track or face new challenges!

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be a YMCA member to make an appointment?
No. You will have to sign a YMCA waiver per their policies, but we operate independently from the YMCA.
Do you only treat runners or running injuries?
No. Physique Multisport is a full-service Physical therapy practice that can treat any movement pain or impairment.
What if I'm not a competitive runner, will a running analysis help me?
Yes. Most people are not trained to run. Correcting any bad habits or strengthening areas that may be underdeveloped will improve the most casual runners' experience.
Is Running Gait the only service you offer?
No. We also perform a similar Walking Gait analysis and we offer physical therapy evaluations for pain and injuries.
I am just beginning to run for exercise and do not have any pain. Will a running analysis benefit me?
This is the best time to delve into form. Let us prevent future injuries and get you running efficiently from the get go.
My doctor told me to stop running. Is there anything you can do for me?
Let’s get to the root of the problem. Most injuries, even arthritis and loss of cartilage can be overcome with proper running form. We also utilize an apparatus called the LightSpeed Lift that allows you to run with 25 lbs less force on your joints.
How long do I have to run during a 2 hour running analysis?
At your 2 hour comprehensive running gait analysis you will meet with a doctor of physical therapy to establish the history and specifics of your running pain and establish your personal goals. You will then run on our specialized pressure treadmill using 3D motion sensors and high speed cameras so we capture every detail of your running form. Time on the treadmill will vary between 5 and 15 minutes. Next, your therapist will review your data with you and perform a full functional movement and strength testing to further pinpoint the cause of your limitations. You will receive 1:1 treatment along with cues for optimizing your running form. At the end of the session you will definitively know the cause of your issue, the specific pathway to overcome it, and the timeline to achieve your goals. You will be provided a video of your running analysis with insight from our specialists.
